The absolute best quality, runny honey from Halls Honey, based in Umberleigh.
Toby Hall started beekeeping when he was 13 years old, and since then has gradually increased his number of hives over the years. He now has 200 thriving colonies scattered across the North Devon countryside, pollinating a variety of apple orchards, bramble, clover, rosebay willow herb, balsam, chestnut & heather. Working in conjunction with local farmers, most of his apiaries are kept in wildflower meadows on stewardship scheme land.
A great alternative to sugar, drizzled on top of natural yoghurt, or used in drinks to fend off colds, flu & hay fever.
