Our free range duck legs are sourced from Beechridge farm in Somerset, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace, on rich diets to yield the best meat.
The duck legs are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to give neat, generous fillets with deep flavour and natural succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of traditional butcher’s boards.
Please Note: We generally have these fresh in stock each week however there may be instances where they need to be supplied frozen.
