Our carefully selected, local grass fed 500g Featherblade (or Flat Iron Steak) is a very lean cut from the 'feather' muscle. This cut can be ordered to enjoy as a flat iron steak once the center seam is trimmed out, though traditionally featherblade is typically used for stews and other slow cook recipies.
