Our carefully selected, West-Country Gammon joints have a true, hearty flavour, making them perfect for serving as a centrepiece, as part of a buffet, or for use in deep sandwiches. For a real family feast, try boiling the ham with aromatic vegetables until tender, before roasting with maple syrup and tart apples to complement the rich, porky flavour.  Available in smoked or unsmoked varieties, and can be split into smaller joints for your convenience.
