Our carefully selected gammon hocks are a small joint from the end of the leg of pork. It’s on the bone and very flavoursome. It can be used in a slow-cook recipe for one to two people: season it and put it in a small casserole together with vegetables of your liking. Min Weight 1kg Serves 2-3 people.
