This is a whole chicken prepared for BBQ. On the bone Chicken is always a summer favourite. We take a whole chicken weighing a minimum of 1.9kg, fillet the breasts and portion the rest. You will receive 6 pieces of on the bone chicken and 2 chicken Breasts which you could dice and make kebabs with or cook whole if you prefer, Absolutely delicious with our Lemon Pepper Marinade. Always a winner at a barbeque and couples perfectly with buttery new potatoes and a good salad. Serves 4- 8 people.
