Our carefully selected, local grass fed 500g beef skirt is great for a wide variety of cooking methods. From casseroles to curries and even chilli, we highly recommend cooking this low and slow (for at least 4-6 hours) for maximum tenderness and depth of flavour. 500g should serve around 3-4 people.
