Our fillet steaks are cut from prime grass-fed beef, all sourced from local farms. Considered one of the highest quality cuts beef with its 100% lean and ultra tender meat. We recommend cooking for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. We prefer ours medium-rare.
